Born in Wiesbaden, Germany and raised in California, I studied illustration, painting, drawing and animation. Children's books, science fiction and the fantastic have always been a central interest for me.
I studied animation, painting and drawing at the Disney-funded California Institute of the Arts. After attending Immaculate Heart College and California State Northridge, I moved to New York, where, among other projects I illustrated two children's books: "Would You Rather? and "How Does it Feel...?, both published by Human Sciences Press. Upon returning to Los Angeles I was commissioned to illustrate articles and editorials for the L.A. Weekly and the Los Angeles Reader.

My most recent published work has been the illustrations for Solo Dolci, The Italian Dessert Cookbook by Anna Bruni Benson and a book of pictures and words called Wonderwell published by Lion Press.

I've also written and illustrated a book about a frog called "Twotop", completed illustrations for another children's book entitled "A Fishy Tale" by Sarah Goodman and when I get some spare time I create illustrations for a various other children's stories still in the pipeline.

If you'd like to see a selection of my illustration work you can download a PDF of it HERE or go through the illustration to the right and see some of them online. Please feel free to contact me via email if you have something that requires illustrating in my particular style.
